Clubhouse Roof Project

The Clubhouse roof project is in full swing. Next week we anticipate work to begin on the flat roof section over the Living Room which means that we may be without heat in sections of the Clubhouse.

Update on the Claremont Clubhouse Kitchen Renovation Project

At the February 16 regular board meeting, the CCA Board approved the final plans and budget for the kitchen renovation. The approved plan calls for construction to begin in the kitchen next week.
