At their August meetings the boards of CGCI and CCA approved the Merger Plan. The Merger Plan will now be submitted to all Clare- mont homeowners and members of the Golf Club for voting. A copy of the Merger Plan is included with the Voter Information packet enclosed in this issue of the Claremont News.

Ballots will be mailed by September 13th and must be returned by October 15th. Votes will be counted on October 16th, and the results will be posted on the bulletin board in the Clubhouse and published in the November issue of the Claremont News.

Three voter information meetings will be held before the ballots are mailed. All meetings will be held in the Great Room at the Civic Club- house. This is your opportunity to hear a presentation on the Merger Plan and ask clarifying questions.

In addition to the voter information meetings, a merger information desk will be opened at the Civic clubhouse. If you have questions and wish to discuss them more privately, were unable to attend one of the meetings, or did not get your questions answered at one of those meetings, stop by the clubhouse during the hours shown below.
