Good afternoon everyone. With the upcoming exterior project encroaching upon us, we would like to give you a heads up on what to expect. Starting Monday, March 5th, construction will begin on the Golf Shop and the Real Estate office. You will begin to see fencing go up around the sites and demolition beginning. There will be no entry into these buildings during construction. If you have questions please contact Bob Shook at manager@claremontcivic.com or Yvonne Sundstrom at frontoffice@claremontcivic.com. We are hoping that these buildings will be back open on March 31st and we will continue to update you as we have information. The Golf Shop will be located in the Claremont Civic Clubhouse's lobby. You will be able to schedule your tee times and to check in for your rounds there until the constructions completion. The Claremont Civic Clubhouse will be closing to all homeowners, activities etc., on Friday, March 16th after TGIF. Even though the lobby will still be open to conduct Golf Shop operations, the Clubhouse will still be closed to residents unless golfing. We expect to be closed 90 - 120 days but we will keep you updated as we have updates. We thank you for your continued patience during this project.
